Why This Retreat

Not all retreats are created the same.

Rest & Reset by the Lake is intentionally designed to offer both guided practice and spacious unstructured time — allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to settle naturally and at their own pace.

This experience brings together:

✦ A balance of movement, stillness, and deep rest
✦ Sound healing as a central and immersive experience
✦ Spacious time for reflection, integration, and connection with nature
✦ A small, intentional group setting
✦ A peaceful lakeside environment that feels worlds away — yet is just outside Vancouver

The result is a retreat experience that feels both supportive and spacious — gently structured, yet deeply personal.

Farhad Khan

SOUND HEALER · YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER

Farhad Khan is a master sound healer, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher (with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience), breathwork practitioner, and meditation guide who has been leading international retreats for nearly two decades. His work is rooted in presence, depth, and devotion to the heart.

Through the powerful resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes, Farhad creates immersive experiences that gently regulate the nervous system, invite emotional release, and support spiritual reconnection. His teachings are not about performance — they are about remembrance. A returning to stillness. A softening into truth.

"Come with an open heart and give yourself this time to connect to your spirit and to nature."

Join Farhad Khan and deepen your connection to nature and your self-care practices. Be fully immersed in the teachings, the unique aspects of yourself, and the peaceful natural environment that surrounds you.

Through gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, mindful movement, and time in nature, this retreat is designed to support deep rest, emotional renewal, and a meaningful return to the heart. Rooted in self-care, presence, and intentional living, these retreats invite you to slow down, reconnect, and take time to simply be still.

Rest & Reset by the Lake offers a thoughtful balance of guided experiences and spacious time for reflection, integration, and rest. From restorative practices and immersive sound healing to lakeside moments, sauna sessions, and quiet time in nature, each experience is intended to nourish the body, mind, and nervous system.

You will leave feeling renewed, inspired, grounded, and more deeply connected to yourself — carrying the experience with you long after the retreat has ended.
