Farhad Khan is a master sound healer, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher (with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience), breathwork practitioner, and meditation guide who has been leading international retreats for nearly two decades. His work is rooted in presence, depth, and devotion to the heart.

Through the powerful resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes, Farhad creates immersive experiences that gently regulate the nervous system, invite emotional release, and support spiritual reconnection. His teachings are not about performance — they are about remembrance. A returning to stillness. A softening into truth.

MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS GUIDE

Lindsay Collins brings warmth, strength, and embodied presence to every retreat experience. A dedicated movement and mindfulness practitioner, she weaves together functional training, nourishing yoga flows, breathwork, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practices.

Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to help you feel both grounded and energized — building strength and stability through intentional movement, while also guiding you into profound states of rest and integration. Lindsay supports you in reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, finding ease within effort, and discovering stillness without force.
