March 19 – 30, 2027 · 12 Days · Okinawa & Kyoto
THE EXPERIENCE
This is an invitation to step away from the ordinary and into the extraordinary. Over twelve transformative days, we journey through two of Japan's most captivating landscapes — beginning in the island sanctuary of Okinawa, and continuing to the ancient spiritual heart of Kyoto during cherry blossom season.
Each day is intentionally designed to weave together sound healing, meditation, embodiment practices, cultural immersion, and meaningful connection — creating space for deep renewal of body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you join us for Part I in Okinawa, Part II in Kyoto, or the full journey, this experience invites you to reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and remember your inner wisdom.

PART 1 · MARCH 19 – 25, 2027
Okinawa — The Island of Longevity
Our journey begins in Okinawa, one of the world's five Blue Zones — a place where longevity, simplicity, and harmony with nature have guided everyday life for centuries.
Surrounded by turquoise waters and lush subtropical landscapes, Okinawa offers a profound sense of calm that is felt immediately upon arrival. The island's pristine beaches, dramatic ocean cliffs, and hidden waterfalls create a natural sanctuary unlike anywhere else in Japan.
Here, we slow down and reconnect. The energy of Okinawa encourages presence, simplicity, and a deep attunement to nature — offering the perfect foundation for healing and transformation.
Each day unfolds with intention — from sunrise beach meditations and ocean rituals to waterfall hikes through ancient forests, sound healing journeys under the stars, and immersive cultural experiences that honour Okinawa's unique heritage.

Kyoto — Temples, Culture & Cherry Blossoms
After our time by the sea, we travel to the cultural and spiritual heart of Japan — arriving in Kyoto during the breathtaking cherry blossom season.
Kyoto in cherry blossom season is nothing short of magical. The ancient city transforms into a living canvas of soft pink sakura petals drifting through centuries-old temple grounds, along quiet canal paths, and across serene Zen gardens.
This phase of the retreat invites deeper reflection, cultural immersion, and beauty. We explore historic temples and sacred shrines, walk meditative garden paths, participate in traditional tea ceremonies, and savour the refined elegance of Kyoto's cuisine.
Kyoto's timeless beauty reminds us of the Japanese philosophy of mono no aware — the gentle awareness of life's fleeting beauty. It is here that the journey deepens into stillness, gratitude, and remembrance.
Experiences may include
✦ Cherry blossom viewing — Hanami among ancient temples
✦ Historic temple and sacred shrine visits
✦ Zen garden contemplation and walking meditation
✦ Morning meditation and mindful movement
✦ Traditional tea ceremony experiences
